RECORDING FOR MANAGING AND FEEDING COWS UNDER AMS WEBINAR IS NOW AVAILABLE!
Camila Lage, Dairy Management Specialist
Southwest New York Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Program
AMS adoption is increasing exponentially worldwide, and management, especially feed management, is a critical component of AMS success. In the context of high feed prices, it is important to discuss different strategies that can be adopted and how they might affect this system's cost, production, health, and cow traffic.
Back at the beginning of April, we hosted Dr. Gregory Penner (University of Saskatchewan) and Jim Salfer (University of Minnesota) to talk about management and feeding strategies for a successful AMS operation.
